Ulrich: raise the HR bar

Geen oproep voor het oprichten van de HR bar met competentiecocktails, maar Dave Ulrich, businessgoeroe, grondlegger van het breed geaccepteerd HR-denken (uitzonderingen daargelaten) en  kwadrantenmaker, bespreekt in een kort  interview de rol van HR in zware tijden.
